Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a two-year-old Black female that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office identified the girl as Luna Allen.

Manner of Death: Undetermined

Cause of Death: Malnutrition

RIP LUNA ALLEN (March 4, 2022 – November 7, 2024)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Thursday at 12:39 a.m.

The medical examiner was unable to conclude as to whether this was a natural, accidental/unintentional, or homicidal death.
