(L.A.) Lisa Torres, 58, Died at a Residence

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 58-year-old Hispanic female that occurred at a residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Lisa Torres.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Effects of Fentanyl and Methamphetamine

Other Significant Conditions: History of Congestive Heart Failure, Diabetes Mellitus, Liver Cirrhosis

RIP LISA TORRES (September 27, 1964 – July 25, 2023)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Tuesday at 7:00 a.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on September 26, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive for the drugs.

This is considered an accidental overdose.
