Los Angeles County is reporting the death of an 82-year-old Latino male that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Leonel Lima.

Manner of Death: Natural

Cause of Death A: Multiorgan Failure

Cause of Death B: Congestive Heart Failure Exacerbation

Cause of Death C: Hypertensive Cardiovascular Disease

Other Significant Conditions: Diabetes Mellitus; History of Stroke; Chronic Kidney Disease
