The coroner’s office identified the man as Leobardo Espinosa-Martinez.

Cause of Death: Drowning

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Monday at 11:08 a.m.

The government investigator had initially spelled the decedent’s surname as Espinoza-Martinez.
