Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 55-year-old Hispanic female that occurred in a nursing home.

The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Leandra Navarro.

Manner of Death: Natural

Cause of Death: Arteriosclerotic Cardiovascular Disease

Other Significant Condition: Diabetes Mellitus
