(L.A.) Kyle Smith, 30, Died at a Residence

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 30-year-old Caucasian male that occurred at a residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Kyle Smith.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Fentanyl and Cocaine Effects

RIP KYLE SMITH (February 3, 1993 – February 13, 2023)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Monday at 6:06 a.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on July 18/19, presumably after the results of tox screening came back.

Note that there are multiple decedents named “Kyle Smith” in the MEC’s database.
