(L.A.) Kyle Garner, 33, Died at a Transient Encampment

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 33-year-old Black male that occurred at a transient encampment.

The coroner’s office identified the man as Kyle Garner.

Other Significant Condition: Hypertrophic Heart Disease
