Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 70-year-old Caucasian male that occurred on a hillside.
The coroner’s office has identified the man as Kostadin Negrevski.
Manner of Death: Natural
Cause of Death: Atherosclerotic Cardiovascular Disease
RIP KOSTADIN NEGREVSKI (March 6, 1945 – February 29, 2016)
The decedent was found in a homeless camp in the hills of Griffith Park. He was known to live in the area. No trauma was noted on the body. No foul play is suspected.
His name is Bulgarian in origin. Костадин Негревски
Because he apparently had no relatives and no one claimed his body, the medical examiner’s office had his remains cremated on July 20, 2016.
No person with the surname Negrevski has ever been recorded as having been born in the state of California.
