The coroner’s office identified the man as Kiyoshi Saito.

Cause of Death A: Respiratory Failure

Cause of Death B: Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis

Cause of Death C: Coronary Artery Disease

Other Significant Condition: Hypertension
