(L.A.) Kellie Higham, 61, Died on the 210 Freeway

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 61-year-old White/Caucasian female that occurred in Arcadia.

The coroner’s office identified the woman as Kellie Higham.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Multiple Blunt-Force Injuries

Other Significant Condition: Methamphetamine Intoxication

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Monday morning.

The decedent was fatally injured in a head-on wrong-way crash on the Foothill (210) Freeway.

She was the sole occupant of a Toyota Camry, which she was driving westbound in the eastbound lanes, when it slammed head-on into a Toyota Corolla.

California Highway Patrol received notification at 2:55 a.m. of the collision.
