(L.A.) Keith Johnson, 57, Ended His Life

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 57-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred at his residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Keith Johnson.

Manner of Death: Suicide

Cause of Death A: Asphyxia

Cause of Death B: Bag Over Head

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Saturday at 7:36 a.m.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on February 9.

Out of over 160,000 death records made public by the county’s medical examiner since 1999, “bag over head” has been mentioned as a cause of death about 50 times.
