(L.A.) Kayli Nardizzi, 30, Died at a Halfway Home

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 30-year-old White/Caucasian female that occurred at a halfway home.

The coroner’s office identified the woman as Kayli Nardizzi. Born in L.A. County.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Effects of Fentanyl and Methamphetamine

RIP KAYLI ANNE ELIZABETH NARDIZZI (May 22, 1995 – October 3, 2025)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Friday.

The government investigator had initially said the decedent died on October 2, Thursday.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on November 26, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back from the lab.

This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, drug overdose.
