The coroner’s office identified the woman as K Rachel Hollingsworth.

Manner of Death: Natural

Cause of Death: Arteriosclerotic Cardiovascular Disease

RIP K RACHEL HOLLINGSWORTH (April 15, 1961 – May 6, 2025)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Tuesday at 9:40 a.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on June 5.

This was either a heart attack (myocardial infarction) or cardiac arrest.
