(L.A.) Justin Tourtillott, 37, Died on a Bike Path

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 37-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred on a bike path.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Justin Tourtillott.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Effects of Fentanyl and Methamphetamine

RIP JUSTIN TOURTILLOTT (March 28, 1988 – May 10, 2025)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Saturday at 6:39 p.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on July 20, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back from the lab.

This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, drug overdose.
