(L.A.) Justin Franklin, 37, Died at a Residence

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 37-year-old Black male that occurred at his residence.

The coroner’s office identified the man as Justin Franklin.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Acute Alcohol Toxicity

Other Significant Conditions: Hypertensive Heart Disease, Chronic Alcoholic Cirrhosis

RIP JUSTIN FRANKLIN (1988 – October 4, 2025)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Saturday.

This was a case of acute alcohol poisoning. The decedent drank too much over a short period of time.

Alcohol deaths can be classified as accidents under the assumption that the sots didn’t intend to kill themselves.
