(L.A.) Justin Collins, 26, Died at a Residence

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 26-year-old Black male that occurred at a residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Justin Collins.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Effects of Fentanyl, Fluorofentanyl, Methamphetamine, Tramadol, and Alprazolam

Other Significant Condition: Recent Cocaine Use

RIP JUSTIN COLLINS (July 24, 1997 – October 24, 2023)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Tuesday at 12:53 p.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on December 20, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive for the drugs.
