Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 42-year-old Hispanic female that occurred on a street in the Pico-Union district.

The coroner’s office identified the woman as Juana Hernandez Ramos.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Blunt-Force Traumatic Injuries

The decedent was fatallly injured in a three-vehicle collision that happened at around 5:55 p.m. in the 1800 block of South Union Avenue, one block north of Washington Boulevard.
