The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Juana Castillo De Martinez.

Cause of Death A: Sepsis

Cause of Death B: Staphyloccocus aureus Bacteremia

Cause of Death C: Complications of Diabetes Mellitus

Other Significant Condition: Aortic Stenosis and Hypertension
