Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 66-year-old Latino male that occurred in a vehicle.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Edgar Padilla.

Manner of Death: Natural

Cause of Death A: Acute Cardiac Dysfunction

Cause of Death B: Atherosclerotic Cardiovascular Disease

Other Significant Condition: Diabetes Mellitus

RIP EDGAR PADILLA (December 16, 1957 – December 8, 2024)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Sunday at 11:46 a.m.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on March 18.
