Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 46-year-old Hispanic male that occurred at a residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Juan Vazquez-Lopez.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Effects of Methamphetamine

RIP JUAN VAZQUEZ-LOPEZ (December 27, 1976 – August 1, 2023)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Tuesday at 4:26 p.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on September 7, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive for the meth.
