The coroner’s office has identified the man as Juan Hernandez Garcia.

Manner of Death: Natural

Cause of Death A: Acute Cardiac Dysfunction

Cause of Death B: Atherosclerotic and Hypertensive Cardiovascular Disease

Other Significant Condition: Diabetes Mellitus

The government investigator had initially given the decedent’s name as Juan Carlos Hernandez Garcia.
