Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 54-year-old Hispanic/Latino, White/Caucasian male that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Juan Baker.

Manner of Death: Natural

Cause of Death A: Congestive Heart Failure

Cause of Death B: Hypertensive Cardiovascular Disease

Other Significant Condition: Hyperlipidemia
