The coroner’s office has identified the man as Joshua Burbank.

Cause of Death A: Multiorgan Failure

Cause of Death B: Acute Cardiac Insufficiency

Cause of Death C: Congestive Heart Failure

Cause of Death D: Hypertensive Cardiovascular Disease

Other Significant Conditions: History of Stroke; Diabetes Mellitus Type 2; History of Covid-19 Infection
