The coroner’s office has identified the man as Joseph Vahba.
Born in L.A. County. Mother’s maiden name is Cohen.

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Monday at 9:40 p.m.
Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published in early August, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive for the drugs. This was an accidental overdose.
