Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 46-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred in an ambulance.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Joseph McConchie.

Cause of Death: Multiple Traumatic Injuries

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Monday at 7:44 p.m.

The decedent was fatally injured when his vehicle crashed into a tree in Lakewood.

Deputies of L.A. County Sheriff’s Department responded to the intersection of East Carson Street and Clubhouse Drive at around 7:20 p.m.
