Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 70-year-old Latino male that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Jose Saldana.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Blunt-Force Head Trauma

RIP JOSE SALDANA (May 8, 1954 – October 18, 2024)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Friday at 7:00 p.m.

The government investigator had initially given the decedent’s name as Jose Diaz-Saldana.
