Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 61-year-old Latino male that occurred at his residence.

The coroner’s office identified the man as Jose Saldana.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Fentanyl Toxicity

Other Significant Conditions: History of Congestive Heart Failure and Liver Cirrhosis
