(L.A.) Jose Riofrio, 61, Died on a Bench

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 61-year-old Latino male that occurred on a bench.
The coroner’s office has identified the man as Jose Riofrio.
Manner of Death: Accident
Cause of Death: Fentanyl and Methamphetamine Effects
RIP JOSE RIOFRIO (April 29, 1962 – October 15, 2023)
Formal pronouncement of death was made on Sunday at 4:15 p.m.
Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on December 7, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive for the drugs.
