Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 29-year-old Latino male that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Jose Real Jr.

Cause of Death: Effects of Methamphetamine

RIP JOSE ALFREDO REAL JR. (January 24, 1996 – December 6, 2025)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Saturday.

This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, drug overdose.
