Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 40-year-old male of Latin American ethnicity that occurred in a parking lot.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Jose Ramos-Salas.

Manner of Death: Natural

Cause of Death A: Hemopericardium

Cause of Death B: Ruptured Aortic Dissection

Cause of Death C: Hypertensive Cardiovascular Disease

RIP JOSE RAMOS-SALAS (January 24, 1982 – December 5, 2022)

In November 2021, senior officer Dr. Chai Koh Meow of Malaysia’s Health Ministry passed away due to heart failure. According to the post-mortem report, Dr Chai’s cause of death was hemopericardium due to coronary artery disease and myocardial infarction.
