(L.A.) Jose Manzo Rios, 38, Died on a Sidewalk

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 38-year-old Hispanic/Latin American male that occurred on a sidewalk.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Jose Manzo Rios.

Cause of Death: Effects of Fentanyl, Methamphetamine, and Phencyclidine
