(L.A.) Jorge Valdez, 50, Died in an Abandoned Building

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 50-year-old Hispanic male that occurred in an abandoned building.

The coroner’s office identified the man as Jorge Valdez.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Effects of Fentanyl and Methamphetamine

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Monday at 4:40 a.m.

This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, drug overdose.
