(L.A.) Jose Iniguez, 58, Died on a Sidewalk

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 58-year-old Latino male that occurred on a sidewalk.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Jose Iniguez.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Fentanyl and Methamphetamine Toxicity
