(L.A.) Jose Garcia, 42, Died in a Hospital

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 42-year-old Latino male that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office identified the man as Jose Garcia of Covina.

Manner of Death: Homicide

Cause of Death: Multiple Gunshot Wounds

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Wednesday night.

Pasadena PD said the incident happened at around 7:00 p.m. in the 300 block of Ashtabula Street.

Everett Johnson, 28, would be arrested for the crime the following day.

Note that there are multiple decedents named “Jose Garcia” in public records.
