(L.A.) John McMullen, 38, Died in a Hospital

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 38-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred in a hospital.
The coroner’s office has identified the man as John McMullen.

Cause of Death: Effects of Methamphetamine
RIP JOHN MCMULLEN (September 19, 1984 – May 8, 2023)
Formal pronouncement of death was made on Monday at 4:31 a.m.
Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on August 7, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive for the drug.
