Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 55-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred at a private residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as John Ford.

Cause of Death: Combined Effects of Fentanyl and Metahmphetamine

RIP JOHN FORD (July 8, 1968 – June 2, 2024)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Sunday at 12:00 p.m.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling in September, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back positive for the drugs.
