Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 77-year-old Latino male that occurred at his residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Joel Aguirre.

Manner of Death: Natural

Cause of Death: Arteriosclerotic Cardiovascular Disease

RIP JOEL AGUIRRE (March 12, 1948 – April 11, 2025)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Friday at 8:21 a.m.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on June 2, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back negative for substances.
