Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 49-year-old Latino male that occurred in a hospital.
The coroner’s office has identified the man as Joaquin Urias-Valadez.
Manner of Death: Natural
Cause of Death A: Acute Cardiac Dysfunction
Cause of Death B: Hypertensive Cardiovascular Disease
Other Significant Condition: Diabetes Mellitus

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Tuesday at 11:55 a.m.
The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on September 20, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back negative for substances.
