RIP JESUS MACARIO (November 30, 1982 – February 25, 2023)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Saturday at 10:13 a.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on September 20, presumably after the results of tox screening came back.

Hypothermia is a dangerous drop in body temperature, usually caused by prolonged exposure to cold temperatures.

Alcohol is a dominant cause of death in urban hypothermia. Drinking alcohol gives a feeling of warmth.

You should never walk home alone at night, in the cold, when you’re drunk. It’s a recipe for disaster.
