(L.A.) Jesus Garcia Ibarra, 30, Died in a Vehicle

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 30-year-old Latino male that occurred in a vehicle.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Jesus Garcia Ibarra.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Multiple Blunt-Force Traumatic Injuries

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Monday at 11:55 a.m.

The decedent was one of two people fatally injured in a crash on a two-lane road in the Antelope Valley north of Los Angeles.

At least two cars were involved in the crash in Lake Los Angeles near East Palmdale Boulevard and 152nd Street East. Two people died at the scene. The second victim has not yet been identified.

One of the heavily damaged cars ended up on its side.
