Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 37-year-old White/Caucasian female that occurred at her residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Jennifer Feist.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Effects of Fentanyl, Methamphetamine and Phencyclidine

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Tuesday at 9:16 a.m.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on September 16, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back positive for the drugs.
