(L.A.) Jason Sckupakus, 49, Died at an Embankment

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 49-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred at an embankment.
The coroner’s office has identified the man as Jason Sckupakus.

Cause of Death: Combined Effects of Methamphetamine and Fentanyl

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Tuesday at 11:54 a.m.
The decedent was from Philadelphia. He had been featured in the skateboarding magazine Thrasher in 1994, when he was only 19.
