The coroner’s office has identified the man as Jason Hobdy.

Cause of Death A: Pulmonary Embolism, Right Lung Upper Lobe
Cause of Death B: Deep Vein Thrombosis of the Right Lower Extremity
Other Significant Conditions: Dilated Cardiomyopathy, Obesity

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Friday at 12:14 p.m.
Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on October 7.
