(L.A.) Janelle Miranda, 40, Died in an RV

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 40-year-old female that occurred in a recreational vehicle.

The coroner’s office identified the woman as Janelle Miranda and listed her race/ethnicity as Hispanic/Latino + Black.

Cause of Death: Effects of Fentanyl and Methamphetamine

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Friday at 7:47 a.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on December 13, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back from the lab.

This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, drug overdose.
