Los Angeles County is reporting the death of an 82-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred in a nursing home.
The coroner’s office has identified the man as James Williams.
Manner of Death : Accident
Cause of Death : Consequences of Blunt Head Trauma
Other Significant Conditions : Atheroslcerotic Cardiovascular Disease, Hypertension, Chronic Kidney Disease
Manner of Death: Natural
Cause of Death A: Acute Cardiac Dysfunction

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Thursday at 11:58 a.m.
On February 21, the Department of Medical Examiner changed their initial conclustion that this was an accidental death from a head injury. It is now classified as a natural death.
The government investigator on record is Gerardo Meza and the forensic pathologist Dr. Pedro Ortiz-Colom.
