The coroner’s office has identified the man as Jamal Jacobs.

Cause of Death A: Ischemic Heart Disease

Cause of Death B: Atherosclerotic Coronary Artery Disease

Other Significant Conditions: Medical History of Hypertension and Abdominal Hernia

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Monday at 6:54 p.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on September 20, presumably after the results of tox screening came back negative for substances.
