Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 42-year-old White/Caucasian female that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office identified the woman as Jada Short.

Cause of Death A: Complications of Brain Abscess

Cause of Death B: Complications of Necrotizing Otitis/Mastoiditis

Other Significant Condition: History of Drug Use
