Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 73-year-old Black female that occurred at USC Verdugo Hills Hospital.

The coroner’s office identified the woman as Jacqueline Spears.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death A: Pulmonary Thromboembolism

Cause of Death B: Deep Vein Thrombosis

Other Significant Condition: Sequelae of Remote Fall

RIP JACQUELINE SPEARS (October 10, 1948 – March 1, 2022)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Tuesday at 3:41 a.m.

The decedent fell while living at Flowers Residential Care Facility, whose address is 2762 Visscher Place, Altadena, 91001.

She passed away at USC Verdugo Hills Hospital, which is at 1812 Verdugo Boulevard, Glendale, 91208.

We do not know whether she had been injected with synthetic mRNA.
