(L.A.) Jacoby Huff, 42, Died at a Residence

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 42-year-old Black male that occurred at his residence.

The coroner’s office identified the man as Jacoby Huff.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Cocaine Toxicity

Other Significant Conditions: Obesity, Hypertension

RIP JACOBY JOSEPH JAMES HUFF (January 1, 1983 – July 15, 2025)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Tuesday.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published in mid-September, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back from the lab.

This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, drug overdose.
