(L.A.) Jack Wolak, 19, Died on a Hillside

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 19-year-old Caucasian male that occurred on a hillside.

The coroner’s office has identified the young man as Jack Wolak.

Manner of Death: Suicide

Cause of Death: Gunshot Wound of Head

RIP JACK THOMAS WOLAK (June 5, 2003 – February 8, 2023)

Memorial service will be held at One & All Church, 1404 W. Covina Blvd, San Dimas CA, on Friday, March 3, 2023, at 11:00 am.


So far in the month of February, there have been 42 confirmed suicides in L.A. County, ranging in age from 17 to 90. All but three have been males.
