Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 19-year-old Hispanic male that occurred at a residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Jack Martinez.

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Friday at 6:08 p.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on August 7, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive for the drug.
